POOL RULES

THE SAFETY OF OUR GUESTS IS OUR PRIMARY CONCERN.
We ask that you consider your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, use no
radios without headphones, and keep children under control.
ALL GUESTS USING THE SWIMMING POOL
DO SO AT THEIR OWN RISK.
NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY!

Pool & Spa Hours: 9:00AM to 11:00PM.
Property quiet time is from 11:00PM to 8:00AM. Please be considerate of others.

1. Leave pool/spa at once if any lightning or thunder activity can be seen or heard and
during any rain storms.

2. Please shower before entering pool/spa. If you leave pool/spa area and return, shower
again and rinse off sand before entering pool/spa.
3. Children 12 years and younger are not allowed in the pool/spa, unless under DIRECT
adult supervision. Babies without special swim diapers are not allowed in the pool/spa.
4. No one with an infectious disease may enter the pool.

5. Rinse off all oils or lotions before entering pool. Lotions containing iodine are
prohibited.

6. Bottles, glass articles, and food are prohibited in pool area.

8. Over-sized rafts & floats are not permitted in the pool/spa.

9. Please dry off before using the elevator or entering the Lobby.
10. Any item of personal property left unattended at the pool/spa will be placed in the Front
Office. Reserving pool lounges is prohibited.
11. Estero Island Beach Club personnel may remove anyone from the pool/spa for conduct
considered by such employees boisterous or unbecoming behavior.
