Monday - Saturday 8:30AM to 5:00PM. Closed Sundays.
For urgent matters after hours:

In case of medical or fire emergency, call 911.

RESORT MANAGER / FRONT DESK
Dial 0 from your unit or 239-463-6116.

CHECK-OUT / CHECK-IN
Check-out time is 9:00AM. If departing prior to 8:30AM,
please lock your unit and drop the keys in the key drop box
outside of the lobby doors. Check-in time is 3:00PM

PARKING
Your parking permit is issued upon registration, please place so it’s visible on
your dashboard. Vehicles without valid parking permit may be towed at owners
expense. ONE parking space per unit. No boats, trailers or RV’s.

WRISTBANDS
Weekly wristbands are issued at check in and MUST be worn, at all times
while on EIBC property.
