RESORT INFORMATION

AIR CONDITIONERS
All units provide cooling and heat. Please do not turn the thermostat to under 74
degrees. This will cause the unit to freeze up and stop working.

BAGGAGE CART
Baggage carts are located in the central parking lot along the fence.

BBQ GRILLS
Gas grills are located near the shuffleboard courts and by the beach pool. Remember
to turn off after use, dispose of trash, and clean up for the next user.

BICYCLES / KAYAKS
You may check out a bike or kayak at the Front Desk. Deposit $20.00.
Lifejackets for boating must be worn.
Bicycle helmets (under age 16) must be worn, per Florida law.

CHECK OUT PROCEDURES
Before you check out we ask that you wash all your dishes and put soiled towels and
linens in the laundry basket provided. Please remove your trash from the unit and
place it in the dumpster in front of the North building.

ELEVATOR
Elevator service is provided in the North building. The elevator is equipped with
emergency lights and an alarm. The South building has an outside lift located by the
soda machine. In case of fire do not use elevator.

ICE & SODA MACHINES OFFICE INFORMATION • RESORT INFORMATION
The ice machines are located at the South building 1 floor middle hallway,

and on the 2 floor North building balcony.

The Soda machine is located near the shuffleboard courts.
INTERNET SERVICE / WIFI
Recreational wireless access is available in all units and on the
property. Check with the Front Desk for current passwords.

LAUNDRY FACILITIES
Washer and dryer use is free of charge for our owners and guests.
Hours are 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM daily, except Saturdays 3:00 PM to
9:00 PM
Locations: South building, 1 floor across from Ice machine.

LIBRARY
The lending library is located in the Lobby. You may borrow reading material during your
stay. We will gladly accept any donations to the library, just leave them in the Lobby.

LOCK-OUTS
If you lock yourself out of your unit after office hours you can call Security on duty
at 239-849-0950. Lock-outs after business hours (2:00 AM) will be charged $80.00.
