RESORT INFORMATION

SMOKING
Smoking/vaping is prohibited in all units and on the entire property
except in “designated smoking” areas only. Fines may be charged
for failure to comply to this rule.

MAINTENANCE
Please report problems to the Front Desk staff as soon as possible.
Maintenance personnel are on duty until 5:00PM.
STAY-OVERS & MOVE-OVERS
If staying more than one week in the same unit, housekeeping
will do a stayover clean on Friday. Appointment required with
Front Desk. If you are moving to a different unit, you may stay
in your current room until the new unit is ready. Please check
with the Front Desk on Friday afternoon for details and moving
times.

TOWELS & LINENS
Our 1 BR units have 6 sets of towels, and sheets for the sleeper
sofa that are stored in the closet. Studio units have 4 sets of towels and sheets for
the sofa in living room TV cabinet. Please DO NOT take resort linens or room towels to
the pools or beach. We have beautiful beach towels for sale at the Front Office.
TRASH & RECYCLABLES
Dumpster and recycling containers are located behind the fence in
front of the North building. Please do not use garbage cans in the
pool areas for your unit trash.

TIMESHARE INFORMATION
Estero Island Beach Club has been a member of both exchange
companies, II (Interval International) and RCI (Resort Condominium International) since
1980. Please note that all Estero Island Beach Club weeks are Red Time. Ownership
has it’s privileges.
To become a member of II call 1-800-828-8200, or to become a member of RCI call
1-800-338-7777. For owners who want to bank future year unit-weeks, a prepayment
for maintenance is required.

FRIENDLY REMINDERS

AIR DRYING
Do not hang wet clothing, towels, bathing suits etc. on railings to dry. Please use
guest laundry facilities.
PETS
Absolutely NO PETS allowed.

SAND
Please remove sand from your feet and towels before returning to your room.
Shower before entering pool. Foot showers are located at the Gulf side pool area as
well as the beach entrances.
