POOL RULES

1. NO Lifeguard on duty. Please dial 911 for any emergencies.
2. Pool hours are from Dawn to Dusk.

3. Children under the age of 12 MUST be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
4. NO diving or running allowed in the pool area.
5. NO radios are allowed unless using headphones, NO musical instruments,
amplified or acoustic, are allowed on the pool deck.

6. NO GLASS ALLOWED IN THE POOL AREA. THIS ALSO INCLUDES
PYREX, CORELLE, BEER, SODA AND WINE BOTTLES!
7. Do NOT remove furniture from the pool deck. REMEMBER, PUT
UMBRELLAS DOWN WHEN IT IS WINDY OR YOU LEAVE THE POOL

DECK.
8. Balls, boards, rafts, or floats of any kind are NOT allowed on the pool deck or
in the pool to avoid injury. Child life vests and/or pool noodles can be used.
9. Do NOT save lounge chairs or tables with towels or belongings. When leaving

the pool area, remove all belongings for the next guest to use.
10. Any Child NOT potty trained, must wear a swim diaper.
11. Please use outdoor showers to rinse off sand and sun oils before entering the
pool or spa.

12. Please do NOT hang towels or clothing on fence or railings.
13. Please keep noise levels at a minimum, we want everyone to enjoy and relax
during their stay.
14. Pool towels are provided for each unit, please do NOT use bath towels at the

pool or beach.

Hot Tub
The hot tub is heated to a temperature of 102 degrees Fahrenheit. It is a very
relaxing experience but should be used in moderation. There is a 15-minute time
limit for your health and to allow the usage of others. The hot tub is considered
unsafe for anyone with any type of heart condition. Children under the age of 12
must be accompanied by an adult. Same rules apply in regard to glass and items
in the hot tub as in the pool.
