Owners and Guests,

Welcome to Tropical Sands Resort. We are pleased to have you with us and
wish you an enjoyable and relaxing stay. Our staff will do everything possible
to make your stay a pleasant one. Your Guest Services Directory is designed
to acquaint you with our resort services and location. To contact the front desk,
press 0 on your unit phone.

Please check your welcome packet or mailbox for any weekly activities.
Activities are by the pool unless stated otherwise. Weather permitting.

Our beach access is located across the street, to the left of Laguna Shores
Walkway. The crosswalk in front of our resort leads to the entrance of our
shared access. Please do not use private property to access the beach.

We are a smoke/vape free resort ($100 automatic fine per incident). There is a
designated smoking area located at the back North side of the resort.

Parking is by permit only, and permits MUST be displayed in the window of the
vehicle we have on file. Any vehicle without a permit is subject to be towed at
the owner’s expense. Each unit is designated one parking space. Your permit
is located in your welcome packet.
Tropical Sands Resort provides complimentary starter supplies such as toilet
paper, paper towel, dish soap, laundry detergent, and body soap. Additional
items are available for purchase in The Office. WELCOME

If there is any noise problem after hours, please call the police.
Maximum guest per unit is 6, this includes children. NO PETS allowed!
Any damages to room, fixtures, furnishings, equipment or removal of linens will
be charged at full replacement value to the credit card of the registered guest.
