RESORT INFORMATION

AIR CONDITIONERS
Please do not turn the thermostat below 72 degrees. This will not cause the unit
to cool any faster and will cause equipment failure and breakdown subject to a repair
charge.
BAGGAGE CART
Baggage carts are located at the North and South elevators.
BBQ GRILLS
Grills are located at South side of the pool areas by the Tiki Hut. Please
clean the grill, dispose of trash, and clean the utensils for the next user.
BEACH & POOL TOWELS
Beach & pool towels are located above the washer/dryer in your unit. Please do not use
Tropical Sands bath towels at the pool or beach.
BEACH ACCESS
Beach access for Tropical Sands Resort is located across the street at Laguna Shores
walkway. Please do not use the condos across the street.
BICYCLES
See recommended vendors in this directory.
BOARD GAMES & PUZZLES
Various board games and puzzles are available in the Office on the 2nd floor for your
enjoyment, at no charge. Please return them to the proper location for the next guest to
use.
CRIBS & HIGH CHAIRS
May be requested at the office. A limited supply are available at no charge.
ELECTRICAL OUTLETS
Our outlets are TRR- Tamper Resistant Recepticles. The secret is to insert the plug

ELEVATORS
Elevator service is provided in the North & South building. The elevators are equipped
with emergency lights and an alarm. In case of fire do not use elevator.
EXERCISE ROOM
The exercise room is located on the 3rd floor of the North building. Hours are 8:30am to
4:30pm. You must be 18 years old to use the exercise room.

INTERNET SERVICE
Wireless service is available in all units at no charge.

LIBRARY
The lending library is located in the Office, on the 2nd floor South building. You may
borrow reading materials during your stay, please return them prior to check out. We will
gladly accept any donations to the library, just leave them in the library.
LOCK-OUTS
If you lock yourself out of your unit after office hours call (239) 212-1198. Fees will
apply. Lock-Out after 2:00am will incur a minimum $100.00 fee. Please note there is
also a $35.00 lost key charge per key should you lose your unit keys.
MAID SERVICE
We are a self catering “Owner” property, which means we do NOT offer daily maid
service nor replenishment of supplies. All guests are responsible for the upkeep of their
unit and items throughout their stay. Unit supplies consist of: 4 rolls of TP, 1 box of facial
tissue, 4 bars of soap, 4 automatic dishwasher packets, 4 kitchen can liners, 4 bathroom
can liners, 7 coffee filters, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 Palmolive dish soap, 1 green scrubby,
and 2 laundry soap packets.
