Late Check-Out Fee per hour will be automatically

If departing prior to 8:30AM, please lock your unit and
drop keys in the key drop located on the south side by the
elevator.
Check-in time is 3:00PM.

CHECK OUT PROCEDURES

Before you check out we ask that you place all dirty
dishes in the dishwasher and start it. Place all soiled
towels and linens in the laundry room area. Please
remove your trash from the unit and place it in the
dumpster and or recycling bins located on the North
& South ends of the parking lot. If you are on the
first level, please make sure all patio sliding doors
are locked. Don’t forget to double check that
all personal belongings are removed from the
unit before departure. It will be the owner/guest’s
responsibility to contact TSR for any items left behind.
Item return fees start at $35 for standard shipping.
