COUNTRY HIDEAWAY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION
                                                   RULES & REGULATIONS



                              These initial Rules and Regulations have been adopted in accordance with Declaration of
                              Condominium for Country Hideaway Condominium at Mountain Lakes. These Rules have
                              been adopted to enhance the enjoyment of the resort interests and for the benefit of all
                              Owners of resort interests at Country Hideaway Condominium at Mountain Lakes. Each
                              Owner shall, at all times, abide by these Rules and these Rules shall be binding on the
                              Owner, as well as members of the Owner’s family, guests, invitees, servants, lessees, and
                              other persons over whom an Owner may exercise control and supervision.

                              1. Each owner shall vacate the Unit no later than 10:00 AM on the Friday on which the Unit Week
                              being used terminates. No owner shall take possession of the Unit earlier than 4:00 PM on the
                              Friday on which the Unit Week commences. This Rule is for the purpose of enabling the
                              personnel at condominium to perform necessary maintenance procedures.

                              2. No sidewalk, entrance, passage, stairway, corridor, or hall shall be obstructed, encumbered, or
                              used for any purpose other than ingress or egress to and from the premises.

                              3. No linens, clothes, clothing, curtains, rugs, mops, or objects of any kind shall be shaken or
                              hung from any of the windows or doors so as to be visible from the exterior of the Unit.

                              4. Every Owner who intends to authorize occupancy of their resort interest in a Unit by any guest,
                              invitee, or family member without the presence of the Owner or who intends to lease or rent their
                              resort interest in a Unit, shall furnish to the Managing Agent, in writing, the name of the lessee or
                              occupant, and any information that may be required by the Managing Agent or Board of Directors
                              of the Association.

                              5. Any personal property of an Owner shall not be stored on the common areas of the
                              Condominium.

                              6. Refuse and bag garbage shall be deposited only in the area provided for disposal of these
                              items.

                              7. No Owner shall store or leave boats, trailers, mobile homes, recreational vehicles, vehicles,
                              and the like on the Condominium property except in designated areas.

                              8. Employees of Country Hideaway Condominium Association. Inc., and management or
                              maintenance personnel shall not be given tasks or be directed by any Unit Owner at any time for
                              any purpose. No Unit Owner or resident of a Unit shall attempt to direct, supervise, or in any
                              manner assert control over the employees, contractors, or personnel of the Managing Agent of
                              the condominium association.

                              9. Complaints regarding the service of the Unit shall be made in writing to the Managing Agent.

                              10. The Managing Agent may retain a pass key to the Unit. No Unit Owner shall alter any lock or
                              install a new lock on any door of the Unit.

                              11. No Unit Owner shall allow anything whatsoever to fall from the windows, patios, decks,
                              balconies, entry ways, or doors of the premises, nor shall he sweep or throw form his Unit any
                              dirt or other substances outside of his Unit.

                              12. No Unit Owner shall make or permit any disturbing noises by himself, his family, servants,
                              employees, agents, visitors, and licenses, nor do or permit anything by such persons that will
                              interferer with the rights, comforts, or convenience of the Owners. No Unit Owner shall play upon
                              or suffer to be played upon any musical instrument, or operate or suffer to be operated, a
                              phonograph, radio, or sound amplifier in his Unit. In such a manner as to disturb or annoy other
                              occupants of the Condominium. All party (s) shall lower the volume as to the foregoing as of
                              11:00 PM of each day. No Unit shall conduct or permit to be conducted, vocal or instrumental
                              instruction at any time.
