RESORT INFORMATION

             The Staff and Management at Lighthouse Cove would
  like to thank you for choosing our resort as your vacation destination

                      and hope you have the best vacation ever.
       Listed below are some helpful contacts and resort information.

ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES
Open Monday through Friday, 8:30AM to 4:00PM.
CHECK CASHING
We do not cash travelers checks or personal checks. Most local
businesses accept travelers checks. Major banks are located nearby,
and offer automatic teller machines.
CHECK-IN TIME, CHECK-OUT TIME & PROCEDURES
Check-in time is 4:00PM. Check-out time is 11:00AM. Anyone checking
out after 11:00AM will be charged a $100.00 late check-
out fee. Upon departure, please place all dirty dishes
in the dishwasher and start the wash cycle. Double
check drawers and cabinets to be sure you have
packed all your personal items. Return unit keys &
TV remotes to the Front Desk. If you plan to check
out prior to 7:00AM, you must settle your bill the
night before departure. Leave your keys with
security as you leave.

ENERGY CONSERVATION
Please remember to turn off all lights when not in use. When you go out,
please close the blinds to save electricity.
FRONT DESK/SWITCHBOARD ................................................. Touch 0
Our Front Desk and switchboard are open from 7:00AM to 9:00PM
Sunday through Thursday and 7:00AM to 10:00PM Friday and Saturday.
After hours, the switchboard will be answered by an automated
attendant. Callers may reach you only if they know your room number.
Simply follow the instructions on the recorded message.
HOUSEKEEPING ..................................................................... Touch 4
A “clean for dirty” linen exchange program is available Monday through
Saturday from 8:30AM - 3:00PM. Should you wish to receive clean
linens, just bring your dirty linens to the Linen Exchange Room located
between buildings 3 and 4 on the ground floor at the housekeeping
office. If you are staying two or more weeks at Lighthouse Cove Resort
you will receive a full service cleaning during your stay. There is no
charge for this service. Your unit has been furnished with a standard
supply of amenities (tissues, soap, etc.) should you need additional
supplies, they are available at the Front Desk. Mid-week
housekeeping/cleaning services are available for a nominal
charge. If you wish to receive a mid-week cleaning, please
call the Front Desk. The Housekeeping office will contact
you to set up a time that will be convenient for you.
Housekeeping hours are from 9:00AM to 4:00PM daily.
IN ROOM SAFE
For your convenience all units have an in room safe to protect your
valuables. Contact the Front Desk for more information.
